Items represented on this site constitute only an offer to sell. Even after you have placed an order online the transaction is not complete until, the sales team accepts and processes the order. All orders must be paid before shipping. No order will be considered complete until 100% payment has been submitted.

We accept Bank Transfer . All items shown on this website are believed to be in stock. If your order is time sensitive, please leave a comment on the order confirmation page. All orders are confirmed by email after they are submitted.

Shipping & Delivery
You can follow the processing of your order at any time by sending us an email. Parcels are shipped with different couriers depending on the dealer, size & weight of the parcel, delivery country etc. You will receive an email, the day your order is dispatched, with the tracking number and link to the courier’s website so you can track your parcel. This information will also appear in your account.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depends on the order, the parcel size, weight, courier, and the country where it is delivered. Additional shipping costs may be charged if the size or weight of the package exceeds the maximum limit. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Duties / Taxes
Please note that Khandelwal agency has no influence on the number of customs duties or the taxes to be paid in your country when ordering from countries that levy import duties. In this case, please inform yourself about the costs incurred by you for an order, which will only be charged when the goods are imported into your country. These fees are NOT charged by us and are NOT already included in the shipping fees.
